Checklist

Follow these steps in order to prepare for your surgery.

  1. 01Send an email to get things started; include what procedure(s) you'd like done and the appropriate pictures.
  2. 02Receive a quote and notify us if you see an error (good for 6 months).
  3. 03Schedule a FaceTime or Skype consultation.
  4. 04Schedule your surgery date and send the $500 deposit (non-refundable).
  5. 05Buy airline tickets.
  6. 06Send a copy of your flight itinerary by email.
  7. 07Make lodging reservations.
  8. 08Let your patient coordinator know if you plan to get pathology testing done.
  9. 09Send a copy of your passport.
  10. 10Get required medical testing done.
  11. 11Send medical testing results to your patient coordinator.
  12. 12Make sure that you have a valid passport.
  13. 13Read the informed consents sent to your email prior to your surgery.
  14. 14Review pre-op instructions prior to your surgery.
  15. 15Review post-op instructions prior to your surgery.
